NIEM Sweden: 12th Coalition meeting
On March 25th, the workshop by the Collaborative Future Making Platform at Malmö University: How can we imagine a future for integration? (https://mau.se/en/research/research-platforms/collaborative-future-making) was held in collaboration with NIEM Swedish team as part of the efforts in building national coalition across different stakeholders. More than 20 participants (a mix of academics, students and practitioners) participated in the event.
It was divided into two participatory exercises: 1. Imagining the future when the word integration is not used anymore and explaining what we meant by it, what we did and why we stopped talking about integration. 2. Coming back to the reality: what are the positives and the negatives of integration today.
